This weather station is privately owned and operated. It is not affiliated with the city of Apache Junction, AZ. The data on this site should not be used to base important decisions that could result in harm to people or property.
The station is powered by a Davis 6163 Wireless Vantage Pro 2+ weather station. The station consists of an anemometer, a rain gauge and a thermo-hydro sensor situated in optimal positions for highest accuracy possible. It also has Solar and UV radiation sensors. The data is collected every 10 seconds and this site is updated every 10 seconds by the following hardware and software.
