A low pressure system will pass through the Desert Southwest this weekend. This system will bring cooler temperatures, breezy to locally windy conditions, and slight chances for rain focused mostly over higher terrain locations. A second, stronger follow-on system will arrive on Monday, resulting in further cooling and continued breezy conditions. Rain chances will remain mostly over the high terrain areas NE of Phoenix.
