A dry cold front will move through the region this morning bringing breezy to windy conditions to the region. The highest wind gusts will be across SE CA and the Lower CO River Valley, where wind gusts of 30-40 mph are possible across the valleys and gusts of 35-50 mph are possible across the higher terrain and ridgetops. Due to these windy conditions a Wind Advisory has been issued for portions of SE CA through 1 pm PDT this afternoon. These stronger winds may result in localized blowing dust/sand and difficult driving conditions, particularly for high profile vehicles.
